Legit I've been wanting to get into hunting but I grew up in the city and no one around me hunted so now I have to learn on my own lol

I'm going to start crossfit I've never done it but it gets the best results for being boog ready lol

Plus I'm trying to be more active and stop being so lazy

Yeah basically hikes but weighted down usually 35-50 lbs depending how my squad leader felt

I'm only 26 so I feel like I need to stay on top of it before I get older I got to lazy since I got out

Yeah hiking was easier for me but long distance running was my weakness hated running more the 2 miles lol

I'm going to do the murph every week and do crossfit from now one something simple and build a home gym
