how to make 0.5 year old weight train wtf why no bruce lee yet

2019-10-14 20:56:44 UTC

Iโ€™d say it starts getting unhealthy when you eat over 4000 calories a day

2019-10-14 20:56:51 UTC

Er

2019-10-14 20:56:58 UTC

Depends on caloric needs

2019-10-14 20:57:03 UTC

for actual activity

2019-10-14 20:57:03 UTC

That's pretty arbitrary yeah

2019-10-14 20:57:10 UTC

Olympic swimmers need a metric fuckton

2019-10-14 20:57:12 UTC

Like bruh thatโ€™s twice the amount for your average man

2019-10-14 20:57:14 UTC

and are still heart healthy

2019-10-14 20:57:16 UTC

i mean if your needs are that high, it means you already have a lot of strain on your heart

2019-10-14 20:57:20 UTC

They are super unhealthy

2019-10-14 20:57:22 UTC

Nah nah

2019-10-14 20:57:36 UTC

and in a cold enough place while working 4000 calories can be necessary

2019-10-14 20:57:37 UTC

Olympic athletes are super unhealthy

2019-10-14 20:57:52 UTC

Not healthy either

2019-10-14 20:58:00 UTC

It's that or whither away

2019-10-14 20:58:34 UTC

Yea but it does not make it any healthier

2019-10-14 20:58:56 UTC

Like the lads who work on oil rigs screw themselves over and can hardly walk at the age of 50

2019-10-14 20:59:13 UTC

And they get like 60 heart attacks

2019-10-14 20:59:37 UTC

And so many joint pains

2019-10-14 20:59:41 UTC

Itโ€™s crazy

2019-10-14 20:59:51 UTC

>does not make it healthier

2019-10-14 21:00:47 UTC

What's healthy to eat is based on what your body needs to replenish what its spent. Those people who work on oil rigs for long hours are indeed overworking themselves, but with actual proper working hours and recovery people tend to not kill themselves

2019-10-14 21:01:18 UTC

Well they kinda do either way

2019-10-14 21:01:20 UTC

It's generally accepted that the human heart has a finite range of heartbeats and that range is similar amongst all humans.

2019-10-14 21:01:26 UTC

But thatโ€™s beyond the point

2019-10-14 21:01:44 UTC

The more you make it beat, the lower your lifespan generally.

2019-10-14 21:02:12 UTC

If you require a greater number than 4000 calories a day to keep up muscle mass you are obviously not healthy

2019-10-14 21:02:22 UTC

You are straining your organs like crazy

2019-10-14 21:02:42 UTC

It's not commonly accepted Pelth

2019-10-14 21:02:42 UTC

GG @Sobe the Polish Panna, you just advanced to level 2!

2019-10-14 21:02:45 UTC

muscles will put strain on the bones and organs just like being obese does

2019-10-14 21:02:51 UTC

yes it is

2019-10-14 21:02:54 UTC

no tbh Gerry depending on your muscle mass that coudl be normal

2019-10-14 21:02:57 UTC

it's more complex than a finite amount
