I personally think that all porn is abhorrent and should be banned because of how it damages families, but I understand that not everyone sees it that way, and I (like everyone else) need to separate my personal religious morals from my political morals.

I personally think that porn is neccessary, because of sexual promiscouity and the lack of commitment to monogamous relationships

I think that it's in fact the cause of some sexual promiscuity and difficulty with commitment

one issue is that it causes dangerous situations across blurry lines: consent age restrictions such as age difference limits and unclear laws put people under the age of around 24 (who are still developing mentally and still often have sexual attraction to high school age people) in a bad position since they're transitioning between childhood and adulthood, causing problems for a lot of people who aren't crazy sexual offenders, they're just stuck in a limbo where their peer group is suddenly shifting and they have some of the most diverse social groups in society
