Ian has been very careful, but I doubt Youtube will care about the letter of their policies when people start mass flagging.
The answer is: no one knows
It's all about maximum selective enforcement
If I recall, Ian was taking apart a FAL variant once and made sure to use a semi trigger pack because he was being extra careful about the third bullet point of that policy.
Checked a FFL in the next town over, they got in a Hudson H9. The only reason it is is still in the shop is the owner bought it himself and left it there while he went out of state on a trip.
I hope Ian has a Backup of his Videos and could upload it some place else.
