not really, but in today's over regulated atomsphere the Government wants you to think the only ones who can or should deal in firearms are companies in the pocket of the Government

Yes. The ATF has a how to on their website, but unless it comes out of a FFL shop it can not be sold.
so if im compliant with caliber restrictions and they dont want me producing weaponry that can be sold or handed off to a criminal or even citizen to whom it backfires on
