They are the sex that they are born with. For instance, woman are generally having a biological imperative for conceiving babies. They have a female genetelia and they have an XX chromosome. The biological markers are relevant. Above all - anyone with a sauasage hanging between their leg would simply not Identify as what we call a WaMeN.
