were having 2 sessions this week because last week he was temporarly exiled from the party for trying to be diplomatic with a necromancer we had prisoner by trying to insenuate the necromancer was a necrophile then AoO's him when he turns his back then brings him back to contiousness with a health potion then chases him down and hacks him with an axe to below 0hp AGIAN then trys to hide the body then lies about doing it when the party shows up a few seconds later

he did this infront of another party member who later squeels to the rest of the party

our 3 options were kill him, put him on a leash, or send him on a "finding yourself" quest that will probably kill him

but the latter seemed to fit what worked best with the party

the problem was he was in this middle ground between a normal person and sloth from the goonys where he can still argue for self determination just every once in a while he is a psychopath

not retarded enough to have on a leash not sane enough to leave around children

or anyone for that matter

need to put him on another plane where he can go around killing shit as he pleases, then you can just call him in for a fight

also he always rolls high on charisma checks, except ironicly the one time he was charmed

why has not murdered the party yet?

i keep trying to get him to attack one so that we can justify killing him but his player is wise enough to recognize in every fight the party has been in, we are the ones still alive at the end of them

i must admit recently ive become a devil on his shoulder specificly to ramp up his fatalism
