It's not just gangs it's biology. Some races commit more crimes then others.

I personally think it's less biological & more cultural. Some cultures don't mix or refuse to adapt to American culture

I don't know the answer to what % of the population is associated with gangs. It could easily be 50%

It's kinda hard when nobody will willingly give that information up to authorities since it'll likely cost them their lives

@Grenade123 No they don't they live in their our communities like everyone else. Yes slavery was bad for blacks but segregation was obectivly better for them just like at the crime stats dring and after Jim Crow.

The Japanese had all their stuff taken from them in WW2 and now they are on average doing better then blacks. Yes Blacks were mistreated and what would be best for them to do is to migrate to africa where they can be themsleves.
