what's happening is users are violating rules ON PURPOSE and reporting themselves to Discord

and then they terminate the entire server

they hate danks server but they make everyone sign a contract to join so they cant do shit

a server can be guilty for having people in it breaking the rules especially if the owner breaks the rules. guilt by association is different. its guilt vs guild by association. so i dont think its a proper equivilience to say terminanting servers is as termanating people who are using the servers

if it is reported, action should be taken against the user in question

you terminate the one that is responsible for the violation, you don't terminate the platform
