my headset broke

So did my friend's, just a few minutes ago

The jack broke loose of the motherboard while i tried to pull my headset out after sound cut out

So the pins Connecting to the motherboard are Really thin apparently so either poor design or someone probably dropped this device while i was away

In the future I strongly recommend a headset with a split cable, or getting a split cable from elsewhere for cheap, so you plug what's essentially just an extension cable into your computer and plug your headset into that, if you accidentally yank your headset or whatever the extension just pops loose, not putting any strain on your PC ports. Best of all once you've had one you can just reuse it for your next headset

Because i have had this issue of people Gifting me expensive SHIT headphones for my birthday

There are green-green and red-red as well so you don't need to worry about that mic+audio jack, just get what fits your headset

Dunno fancy terminology for audio other than 3.5mm jack, but you hopefully get the idea
