Bruno - from what I know, no they would not be, not unless he were accused of another act.
So, yeah, that supports what I was thinking. Brett K would have been better off to have committed the crime and got convicted as a minor than to have committed no crime and be accused of it 30+ years later. Would you agree?
I mean..yeah
but I bet..that she could have done the same thing she is doing now..even if the files were sealed and not go to jail.
so yeah, that's the part I don't know. But still, even in that case, he'd be better off if he could say "I made a mistake as a child and I paid my debt to society."
your argument would work if he would of ever been made accountable while he was a youth (assuming he did it)
this isn't the situation he is in

For that you have to assume that there is a crime but it doesn't seem that way. Its just character assasination from the political class because of wrongthink of Kavenaughs part.
but the accusations seem like bullshit and to pmake a play for time, so that the vote doesn't happen before midterms.
because the Dems believe that they will win - well, they might, when they get enough illegals to vote....
She talked about it in 2012, though.
she said she talked about it.
but the files are confidential, not provable.
patient doctor confidentiality.
The Shrink can't say its a lie because of that.
So all that bitch is claiming can not be proven or falsified.
And should we allow a single woman because of political reason to be able to destroy any person??
I thought a news outlet had reviewed the therapist's notes? My understanding is that she didn't want it made public and was pressured by others to come forward after information was leaked.
If they did that and were responsible, they would have told that bitch to fuck herself and go away. Nobody would have printed it.
Was there any more said about the possible misidentification?
but since we aren't in the day of authority of the press and more about bashing right, they take what they can get, fuck the facts. Don't no matter, man.
I want to get on CNN and straight up call them NEO-NAZIs and when they try to denny it, I will say they toss the term around willy nilly so I will too.
Just get verified in twitter
That's enough to become a trustworthy source
@Stefan Payne the 2 scenarios are outlined in my claim. No assumptions or defenses needed
"Brett K would have been better off to have **committed the crime** and got convicted as a minor than to have **committed no crime** and be accused of it 30+ years later. Would you agree?"
Don't agree. Better to not have committed a crime.
Put another way: How messed up is it that in today's political climate we can make a person think "I wish I had committed sexual assault because then I'd still have my career."
I'm pretty sure no one is thinking that.
he's not yet.
And if they did commit sexual assault it's hard for me to imagine he would have gotten to where he is today.
The point seems to be less "I wish I had commited a horrendous crime" and more "It's crazy that he would be better off having done it"
if he is innocent but loses his current position as a judge... that thought has to cross his mind.
@Schedrevka exactly.
It shows how evil the dems are.
and only evil people would vote Dem
That's a poor take.
The generals in the Democrat party are likely, sure.
But part of that is the degree to which they're convinced that their path is right.
The people who vote Democrat think the same of republican voters
They look at all of the accusations and assume they're no way someone like Kavanaugh could be innocent with accusations like that
