so, add that most kids are single kids and the amount of time parents get to spend with their kids has been cut in more than half, you can basically explain how it might seem like there is more pressure for parents to spend greater time with their kids than in the past, when really there isn't.

@Grenade123 It isn't just a matter of raw time but ratio if their personal time. My sister and her husband both work. They have one kid. Every other weekend they leave the kid with someone for alone time and are looked at as monsters for not wanting to spend time with the kid.
