Ah.
Roundabouts are much more common in the UK, they are not common here and people here don't know what to do with them
Instead we have jug handles. Also know as turn right to go left.
We have lots of roundabouts in South Fla
Yeah, but no one knows how to drive in Florida
I was just going to say the same thing!
Wut.... Why is my phone saying that is a link?
Something as simple as placing the light signals across the intersection, instead of placing it only on the stop line. So you can not see the signal. Very dimple, but nooo, its unfriendly for bikers and pedestrians. I donβt get it.
Oh, we're working on that level.
Yeah, we have a few things that could help.
We need all the help we can get down here
Send halp! Im drowning in socialism
Am I talking about socialism?
Send some american freedom and liberty
You all talk so fast some things go right over my head
@Grenade123 you must be in NJ. I've seen more roundabouts personally. Usually we tend to have streetlights or overpasses in my experience.
Where are you, 4AM?
I have yet to have the pleasure to visit Florida
The country about to go to war with Iran
god I love florida
@pratel I grew up there yes. Jug handles give it away?
Yeah.
What are jug handles?
Some weird NJ thing that not even other Americans understand.
Biker things?
@4AM_critter π you know American liberty and freedom are actually the name of our bomber fleets right?
That's what we bring when we say we are bringing library or freedom
Send them @Grenade123 I pop smoke at the socialist nests
@CallMeBlondie if you want something really weird. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michigan_left
I've never met anyone who's driven one. But it sure seems odd.
Oh my lord! I would be so confused! And so would all the old people
Not that Iβm one of the old people
Nice, we just got one of those in my town, a Michigan Left
@pratel it's not that weird. Designers just figured it was a better idea to have everyone at a traffic light either be stopped or going, rather than have a line of traffic stopped dead in one lane while the two lands next to it pass by at like 50 mph
Sure. But it's a rather confusing way to make a left.
Not really, it's like taking a left from a highway
You have to get off at your exit
Also, @CallMeBlondie Forgot to give you the link for the jughandle.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jughandle
Thank you! I donβt even want to tell you what I thought it was.
Iβm sure once you drive these new exits or whatever they are... theyβre much easier than explaining them on Wikipedia
The Michigan left seems to be for people who missed their turn. Or maybe it works better for trucks
