And for the record I got fingerprinted for my explosives license

They also require it for professional licensure in my state

Oh, and I think the military fingerprinted me too

OVer here they have, social security, photo, adress and every other social aspect linked to your ID

they do not require a fingerprint from me nor anyone else to counter 500-1000 cases of ID theft/fraud/pretending

Over here we can't even get standard medical cards because everyone is so freaked out about their personal medical information
