I actually heavily disagree with both tbh

Also they are defeating their own points withing their own video

i actually find a lot of things tulsi has said that i agree with. though i may have only heard the things i would agree with

I found the hosts to be kind of obnoxious and their constant sarcasm made the video hard to watch

I went and looked up her gun policies which I figured I wouldn't like

but they all seemed to be common sense concessions (like not allowing mentally ill access to firearms)

Im still watching it

But its thrash imo

my problem with that is defining the mentally ill

This isnt how you argue with a libertarian

You gotta remind them they dont pay their fair share in taxes

That the rich pay majority of the taxes and that makes them the free loaders

Its the people who fund everything that should decide what happens by the logic of both of the sides in the video

sure, the DSM 4 is imperfect, however there are certain mental illnesses that we can all agree, that access to firearms would not make them are the people around them safer

And the goverment and market have this unholy marriage

Well there is problems with labelling mental illness

Everyone can be diagnosed with something

definitely, but there are some mental illnesses that you don't just "squeeze" people into, they are definite, diagnoseable pathologies

Personally i think mental ill people and felona should have their gun rights taken for a few years

See how they act before allowing them a gun again

i actually dont mind wealthy people, i think taxes could go up a bit for them and the fact they tend to horde money isint good for the economy, especially by storing their money off shores. however a bigger problem in my opinion is wage vs value of labor within businesses

And its a right to all citizens to have a gun. That includes felons and mentally ill ppl

yep, people were very successful at killing each other before the advent of guns

Tho of course repeat felons shouldnt have guns

that isn't the debate, guns generally are more effective at killing more people with less effort

Banning is semi pointless

Its also easier to catch a murder with a bullet than a knife

You cant guarantee peoples safety, they need to be able to guarantee their own safety. Therefore everyone should have a gun
