effects are results of causes, if the universe exists something had to cause it. We know the universe exists so there had to be something to create it

You can't say that chain goes on infinitely cause that just defers the question

Something had to create an infinite casual chain

Something needed the power to create something out of nothing, which isn't something we can conceivably do even in our minds

So it makes sense that some omnipotent thing created the universe
