gov is rolling in tanks as we speak... also a couple of heli's around
jeez theyre annihilating the place https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FWfG1P3bRH8
Im not sure if a single MSM outlet reported evidence given by that kid (hassan?) at the hague
Im not sure if Ive read the translation correctly.. but it sounds like this article is saying there will be a staged chemical attack in Deir ez-Zor? ...Will be interesting if we see a "chemical attack" happen in the near future https://www.bfm.ru/news/383912?utm_source=twitter.com&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=v-sirii-gotovitsya-novaya-provokatsiya-s-hi
also rebels just surrendered in north homs

gotta love MSM
BBC News - Virgin media to cut 800 jobs
Sky News - Virgin media to Axe 500 jobs
BBC news wales - Virgin media to cut 700 jobs
The actual news is that theyre closing 8 call centres ... and theyre just estimating the number of people... I dont know why they dont just go with the headline: Virgin Media closing 8 call centres
because 8 is a smaller number
but how far does it go... if 800ppl lose their jobs - thats potentially 800 families .. could they use the headline saying it will affect thousands of people - even if its indirectly ... how far does it go
as far as it needs to to sell headlines
but the BBC is funded from taxes - they have no adverts - no requirements to "sell" anything
I wonder if its deeper than that... like its just how people are trained now or something?
like theyre not even trying to sell consciously.. its just "this is how to write articles"
of course the BBC needs to sell itself, the people are starting to rebel against taxes being used to fund it because its so not a news place anymore
if anything that should give them even more reason to be as unbiased as possible
and stick to the facts as much as possible (which to be fair I think they do most of the time)
is ti weird that the same people who go around smashing windows, attacking people, and starting fires are the same people who advocate safe spaces?
i imagine those kinda people dont really care about any cause.. and just want to set the world on fire and watch it burn
specially if the rest of the group likes to wear masks and all wear the same black clothing
@wacka since when has anything bias ever taken to moving towards unbias when being called out? they usually double down.
@Timcast maybe they are trying to create greater demand for them because they realize no one really wants their safe spaces?
Im not sure about that... the BBC has been called bias ...pretty much since its inception
i mean, its state owned news. how can it not be bias?
at least a little
well its complicated but its seperate from the people in power... its not under parliaments mandate... like the bank of england
but yeah ... Im sure GCHQ sometimes has a word... it would not surprise me
@Timcast
They want safe spaces, for THEM, not the "out" group, aka
"We want to be able to beat people and destroy others stuff, but have our stuff protected by authority"
if its funded by taxes, then its under control of whoever controls the taxes. and who controls the taxes?
government, and government will cater to anyone what offers them a vote
its a rackety
racket
smash and destroy
then scream that they need safe spaces and use themselves as proof
yeah but its different in the UK .. even though one party is "in control" .. the government is also made up of the opposition
they are technically correct about right wing speech inciting violence... their violence
right wing speakers incite the far left to violence
Extremism 101, if you're not with us, you're against us
anyone going to be watching #Farmlands when its out? Im a bit sceptical of LS
@wacka which means both sides can use the threat of removing funding as leverage. and even the opposition is still government. It may work hard, or once worked hard, to limit its bias, but its still under control of a relatively small amount of people who may not even make up its "customers"
