Italy is too small to allow a great, further demographic expansion.

A silent and long takeover of other people's land is necessary for expansion.

I am discussing how the state should be and deal with certain issues.

How the state should work and what should the people do

if ur a powerful statesman like that, u could just improve ur own situation first, i population is a problem, the first thing to do is implement social barriers to having children. The lower IQ part of the population would be eliminated from participating by circumstance. This is actually how Europe worked, not by state policy, but from social norms, the barrier to marriage was much higher.

First we Need to also limit emigration for a while.

We need to reform culturally.

It's quite ignorant of historical relations, Italy would be blacklisted when they found out, alliances would be broken. It flies in the face of any sense of European brotherhood that could exist.

The main two types are the Symbiotic and Parasitic forms.

•Symbiotic Demographic Warfare (SDW), where the DC benefit the HC, without integrating (And therefore maintaining their national and ethnic identity).

SDW is especially effective with modern, secular and liberal democracies as it is less obvious and it's less unlikely that ethnic tension will be present between the DCs and the natives of the HC.

It also works best if an extensive welfare state is implemented, as it will increase the dependence on the DC of the HC.

The main problem of SDW is that increases the strenght and resources of the HC, which might make a counter-attack, if the plan is discovered.

•Parasitic Demographic Warfare (PDW), where the DC drain the HC economy and resources.

Useful to damage the economy of the HC, especially if the HC has a large welfare state and is non-discriminatory.

The PDW's problem is that it's much more obvious and that ethnic tension between the natives and the DC is almost assured.

It can be especially good for poor countries, as the harmful immigration of the DC can be justified as an humanitarian crysis.

HC = Host Country

DC = Demographic Changers

In my opinion it can easily have different forms.

Immigration can either be positive or harm.

Some countries like Canada are economically dependant in immigration.

So if other European groups aren't important to you, what about Swiss-Italians? And if other groups racially similar, like other Europeans, why are Italians so different, if not viewed from the lens of the state? It seems that what is only important to you is the piece of paper that says someone is "Italian", and the Italian people are now being used as a tool of the hive like collective state to ever expand to meet it's materialistic needs, the state has very much become a consuming unfeeling machine.

Canada does not have to be dependant on immigration... use your brain

The state should be the regulator and director of the people.

Power is numbers, productivity, resources...

What is the argument that the state should regulate and direct people?

Well, don't you think that the state should punish people for stealing ?

It's not necessary, people, families and communities can do that, like they have for a long time.

Laws are regulations and the state its the enforcer of the law.

A family still needs to do similar things to become powerful.

Police weren't necessary in Northern Europe until the industrial revolution and the poor started breeding without starving

Men would kill vigilante style in the night, and no one cared because everyone knew they were criminals

If you have a healthy, high trust populace like that, you don't need police, you don't need state expansion
