i think there is an upsurge in financially conservative young people. Since there is no place for them in the left, they now have to look elsewhere
Naturally, an ideology that allows individuals to be different from one another becomes more sustainable than one that requires different people to operate as a single unit.
You can only fight against nature so much.
It looks like Gen Z is more right wing. https://www.forbes.com/sites/ashleystahl/2017/08/11/why-democrats-should-be-losing-sleep-over-generation-z/#447e91db7878
I wouldn't doubt it.
I don't keep track of the names. lol
It's not going to show up for a while
but...
They're showing signs of converting to conservatism faster than previous generations.
Because, once again, the leftists are trying their hardest to control, and excessive control leads to rebellion.
I tink it's the pendulum theory. The west has been very left wing for awhile and now it's going to be more right wing for awhile.
Excessive religious control led to where we are with leftists today.
The key, aussie, is asking why. It doesn't just happen.
And the Frankfurt School.
You mean that whole argument suggesting the reduction of religious influence has problems in that they've up to now basically replaced it with a lack of morals?
I know some jews in the Frankurt School planned to subvert western societies to distory them.
I wouldn't say what the left has is a lack of morals
morality can be rather subjective.
What they've got is definitely a code
And it's definitely counter to what a Christian theocracy would follow.
Alot of the degeneracy we see now has happened beofre in Weimar Germany. I'll post some exsamples in <#398973785426100234>.
I'm sure it did.
We don't need examples, really.
So what are we going to do about it?
If you've got a pendulum swinging rapidly, causing damage with every stroke, do you push harder for it to go to the other extreme, with hopes that it'll totally stay there this time?
Or do you dismantle the damned pendulum?
But people who think like us don't control the cultural institutions and (((they))) aren't going to give them up easily.
Dismantle them, too.
The 'Cultural institutions' you speak of don't have power without people.
How people have been trying to get (((them))) out of our media and they haven't let so what makes you think you can without forcing them to.
That's the fear honestly. It'd be nice to stop history from repeating itself. But how to do it without basically starting from square one or a genocide or whatever.
You just keep pushing that pendulum, don't you?
Nothing's really coming to mind.
It'll TOTALLY work this time. Promise. 👌🏻 🥛 😖 🔫
The Cultural institutions set the trends and narratives. It is why we have tranies running around and can't criticize islam.
Trans people aren't harming anyone. The honest ones that just wanna get on with their lives.
^ ^ ^
There's all sorts like that.
The ones that bitch and moan about pronouns are a minority within a minority.
Personally I have several trans friends who are just absolutely sick of the LGBT movement as a whole because of all the shit that's been happening.
They just wanna be left alone and figure themselves out because of how much of an echo chamber the movement's become.
