i sometimes wonder about the whole climate change thing... dont inactive (or low active) volcanos spew a huge percentage of the co2 into the air?

could someone explain to me why "those studies" always compare "people killed by police" with "percentage of population" instead of "Percentage of criminals"? i find that to be very dishonest.
probably because it is?
presumably at that point they are still innocent until proven guilty
so not technically criminals
@I AM ERROR because then they'd need to acknowledge the statistics that say some black communities have a disproportionate amount of criminals. And that perhaps rather than blaming white people, they should look at each other for why some of them are failing

i think his point was that not all people killed by cops are guilty, therefore they are not part of the criminal population necessarily

sure, not all people killed by police are guilty (just look at the swatting victim for an example of that) but the point of contact is a lot higher for criminals than non-criminals
