well IQ is relative to the current average

if 100,000 people took the test and all answered correctly in minimal time, their level of intelligence becomes the new IQ of 100

for that test

and yeah they set a limit i believe

but its like, a person of modern time taking an IQ test of say 1930's will most likely score very high, due to the average of that time being lower

i dunno... some people say todays tests in schools are easier

well thats possible too

the point is that the 100 value of IQ changes to suit the average

so if society dumbs down, the 100 is still the average, and the smart people score far better
