See the problem with the verses you're mentioning is not that they're false or incorrect, the problem is that you are removing all context from it

for example, the verse that says "Fighting is prescribed for you, and ye dislike it. But it is possible that ye dislike a thing which is good for you, and that ye love a thing which is bad for you. But Allah knoweth, and ye know not."

it was towards the "Muhajereen" which are the people who got kicked out of their hometown "Mecca" simply because they chose to follow Mohammed's message (Islam), their houses were robbed and family members were tortured, so God gave them the chance to get what was their's in the first place back.
