pravduh needs to only allow ratings with citation

so if someone says "so in so is good at what they do" they have to ex plain why and include sources to back that up

if they want to rag on someone they must provide citations explaining why they did something wrong or untrustworthy

And the citations themselves can have ratings?

if that is the case, should people be allowed to flag those citations as faulty?

because i don't think Alex Jones will, necessarily, be a valid source if someone is saying an article is fake news because it doesn't mention chem trails
