I'll just say, if you're legit - this is probably not the best place for this - consider checking out some subs on reddit.com, there are some charity type ones and lots of nice people. They will probably want some kind of proof as well though

I recommend getting some sweet pics of your Polish slum, as well as any deformities you might have (you say physically disabled - it will help you get donations if you LOOK disabled, you know?)

Not trying to be rude, just spitting facts at you - if you've got a shriveled up claw hand or something, you're going to get a lot more financial support.
