Hmm. Anyone know anything about this stuff? I fumbled on it on accident while trying to research BitChute.

This could be critical future backbone.

(no, I'm not an MGTOW, but he points out a potential weakness. His concerns overlap well with keeping hte internet free from interference) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fC6_PAGrLPs

@Emil Is it because Denmark or Google?

2018-07-20 06:46:43 UTC

It says "Not Availeble in your country", so i guess its google trying to censor as usual.

2018-07-20 06:46:57 UTC

We are pretty free here in denmark

2018-07-20 06:47:11 UTC

in comparison to anything in europe

2018-07-20 06:47:30 UTC

my VPN bypasses it though

2018-07-20 06:47:58 UTC

Does it get censored in other European Countries?

2018-07-20 06:48:08 UTC

havent checked.

2018-07-20 06:48:37 UTC

Let me try germany and france + uk

2018-07-20 06:50:42 UTC

Theres nothing with the UK, but Germany and france are blocking styx atleast

2018-07-20 06:51:00 UTC

They have reached peak censor.

2018-07-20 06:51:20 UTC

Interesting. I wonder if it's EU related.

2018-07-20 06:51:52 UTC

One of the worst parts of censorship is that it's hard to tell if it's the government forcing Google's hand or Google itself.

2018-07-20 06:54:41 UTC

Also, for anyone coming in. I've been thinking about what it would take to make BitChute successful and Mainstream to cut the knees out of Google's YouTube censorship games. Led to doing some looking on alternatives to internet background. Scroll up a bit if you would know anything.

2018-07-20 08:55:17 UTC

Eu has nothing to do with those blocks

2018-07-20 08:55:28 UTC

Its all local governments

2018-07-20 08:56:16 UTC

Also as other pointed out styx is working in the uk

2018-07-20 09:03:49 UTC

Hmm

2018-07-20 09:03:58 UTC

Thanks.

2018-07-20 09:04:02 UTC

2018-07-20 13:24:29 UTC

gotta hate something, right?

2018-07-20 14:00:07 UTC

@pratel Okay I just seen the video and right now Bitchute can't adopt it as freenet isn't ready yet. At it's current state, it's a proof of concept. Hopefully this does get adopted sooner or later as I fully support a decentralized network.

2018-07-20 14:01:51 UTC

I want to use LBRY as my go to site for hosting content. I'm not sure if Bitchute has plans to prodice a token or not.

2018-07-20 14:12:52 UTC

i have a lbry account as well but im not too sure about uploading my content there and i wouldnt fully grasp their blockchain economy

2018-07-20 14:15:04 UTC

whats LBRY?

2018-07-20 14:15:10 UTC

some kind of library?

2018-07-20 14:18:15 UTC

Hey

2018-07-20 14:18:22 UTC

This is library

2018-07-20 14:42:24 UTC

neaux

2018-07-20 14:58:21 UTC

@Dr.Wol It's a decentralized video hosting platform based their own protocol on Blockchain tech.

2018-07-20 14:58:59 UTC

interesting

2018-07-20 14:59:28 UTC
