Right now there is another interesting thing happening: People (with brain) are gathering people to make a new (left leaning) Party. I'm not sure if Oscar Lafontaine is with those but Sarah Wagenknecht is. So that might be a possibility to replace the SPD, while the AfD could replace the CDU.

The only information that appears (at the moment at least) to be credible is that a man was stabbed to death, that the two suspects arrested in connection with the stabbing were migrants, and that a large public protest happened as a result. Any other information is suspect.
