Nothing in here directly about Freedom of Speech and Censorship (no surprise, Khanna is a Democrat covering part of Silicon Valley), but there is something about "digital red-lining."

Step in the right direction, IMO. I won't support any regulation that doesn't assure an end to the political censorship the tech firms have been playing. But this has some high points (having not been able to read any more in depth of the proposal).

I don't think that proves they are an illegal alien. Even legal immigrants can face deportation for committing a crime. And the rhetoric of the left is that the "facists" will arrest anyone and charge them with a made up crime, also part of the rhetoric is that anyone who is an immigrant, legal or not, will be deported by trump.
