She's a Spartan Exiled Mercenary (at least from what i have heard)
and both she and the Male choice for protagonist I think are both Brother and Sister

Fall out was an rpg first and foremost and even though that doesn't completely exclude multiplayer elements can't have a good story with no characters and just players attacking eachother and using emotes to communicate
Halo is an fps game but Halo Wars works since it has stuff to pitch in on the Halo story and lore
