This was taken in like 2008, right before digital downloads became the norm instead of the exception.

My father and my brother were hoarding a lot of things back then. (up to xbox360 era)

We never got into the consoles much. PC master race all the way. We do have the consoles, just not that many games for them.

I stopped at Wii

though putting together an exhaustive RetroPie is one of the best decisions I ever made

that thing could keep me entertained forever

We were both on pcs/consoles I still have every cd from win95 games up to now 😛

We stopped on consoles on 360 though as they lost their meaning after that era

It stopped being interesting after you couldn't tell the difference anymore between consoles

yeah, they just become inferior pcs tbh

lost the charm they had

I begin to lost my faith in micro especially too when they dropped all the exclusives they had up to 360

I have a bunch of old games still.

basically if the video game is designed to be political commentary, then sure

but there is a difference between a game that is art

and a game that has shoehorned ideology

and he is doing it in a proper way

some are meant to be art, some are just for the cash out
