Battlefield 2 Project Reality is a team vs team game, either 40 players vs 40 bots, or 50 players vs 50 players

It has in-game VoIP too, and there's clans but it's one side vs one side, not an RPG style open world. Still fun, semi realistic modern combat, very team oriented
