to give you an idea. the US Navy builds on average 3 ships a year with 1 or 2 being decommissioned at the same time.
China is building about 5 new ships a year. Japan.... 7 so far this year alone. They ordered 60 combat ships last year and they're like at 14 already.

@Deleted User bullshit. The Chinese only claimed it after Japan found evidence of oil fields there in the 1970's. There's international records of this including old Chinese maps marking it as part of Japan.
