My city, Thunder Bay has a sister city in Japan called Gifu City

That's cool! Apparently they are part of a 5 city project where 2 american, 1 Canadian, 1 finish and 1 Japanese city trade and had sporting events together.

I think proabbly a lot gets lumped into Gifu city because a lot of the surrounding cities don't even have tax offices etc.
