But he was also referring to the Kingdom of Heaven.

2019-05-10 03:18:28 UTC

Luke 10:7, 1st Timothy 5:18, Matthew 10:10, Leviticus 19:13, Deuteronomy 24:15

2019-05-10 03:18:36 UTC

The passage can be taken literally and of spirituality.

2019-05-10 03:18:40 UTC

Socialism is a mortal sin

2019-05-10 03:19:14 UTC

And part of the basic tenets of socialism and communism is banning religion

2019-05-10 03:19:25 UTC

Says the Catholics. If everyone agrees to work the same amount and be on equal grounds, so long as the institution is Christian, I see nothing wrong with that.

2019-05-10 03:19:38 UTC

Personally, I'm not a socialist.

2019-05-10 03:19:42 UTC

To agree, is not a socialist thing

2019-05-10 03:19:57 UTC

That's a negotiation between the employee and employer

2019-05-10 03:20:02 UTC

I was talking about socialist economics.

2019-05-10 03:20:17 UTC

You can be a moral conservative and believe in socialism.

2019-05-10 03:20:19 UTC

Look at Nazis.

2019-05-10 03:20:21 UTC

A negotiation of wages is not socialist. It's capitalist

2019-05-10 03:20:31 UTC

Nazis weren't moral conservative

2019-05-10 03:20:40 UTC

Anyway.

2019-05-10 03:20:45 UTC

I need to go pack my things.

2019-05-10 03:21:13 UTC

I am Christian and Christ is my Lord. I believe all should worship Him.

@saturnsrings study the new testament.

2019-05-10 03:22:18 UTC

If Catholicism turns you off, study Restorationism, or Orthodoxy. As long as your first love is God the Son then you are fine, and the Holy Spirit will guide you to Salvation where we will be united with the Father.

2019-05-10 03:22:28 UTC

Christ told us to worship God first, not him.

2019-05-10 03:22:55 UTC

Christ said no one is good but the Father.

2019-05-10 03:24:02 UTC

So in accepting Christ as our Lord and Savior, we also accept the commands of God. By accepting Christ, we worship him, and then we worship God.

2019-05-10 03:24:46 UTC

It'd be nice to have him Christian regardless of denomination

2019-05-10 03:26:21 UTC

@Iakovos it actually says, God not Father

2019-05-10 03:26:36 UTC

@saturnsrings if you cannot accept love of God, then you can't believe that he would love us so much he would sacrifice his son for us. God's love is greater than any human.

2019-05-10 03:26:59 UTC

"Why do you call me good? There is no one good except God"

2019-05-10 03:27:03 UTC

God's love is unimagimable for us, and we stand in awe as we are basked in it.

2019-05-10 03:27:21 UTC

He was referring to the Father. Because Jesus is a part of God.

2019-05-10 03:27:27 UTC

It says God

2019-05-10 03:27:38 UTC

So if you're calling Jesus good, then you're calling Jesus, God.

2019-05-10 03:27:46 UTC

It's an allusion to the trinity

2019-05-10 03:27:53 UTC

Ah, I see.

2019-05-10 03:27:58 UTC

I never said Jesus was bad, so.

2019-05-10 03:28:01 UTC

I think we are probably saying the same thing in different words

2019-05-10 03:28:06 UTC

Yes.

2019-05-10 03:28:38 UTC

I had the impression that Jesus did not want us to worship him while he was here.

2019-05-10 03:28:39 UTC

Jesus autem dixit ei: Quid me dicis bonum? nemo bonus, nisi unus Deus.

2019-05-10 03:28:42 UTC

Deus

2019-05-10 03:28:44 UTC

God

2019-05-10 03:28:47 UTC

Ah

2019-05-10 03:29:30 UTC

ο δε ιησους ειπεν αυτω τι με λεγεις αγαθον ουδεις αγαθος ει μη εις ο θεος

2019-05-10 03:29:36 UTC

The love of your wife? So little and worldy compared to the love of God.
