So you work with what you agree.
Nothing wrong with a Christian Socialist so long as everyone works with what they agree to work.
But he was also referring to the Kingdom of Heaven.
Luke 10:7, 1st Timothy 5:18, Matthew 10:10, Leviticus 19:13, Deuteronomy 24:15
The passage can be taken literally and of spirituality.
Socialism is a mortal sin
And part of the basic tenets of socialism and communism is banning religion
Says the Catholics. If everyone agrees to work the same amount and be on equal grounds, so long as the institution is Christian, I see nothing wrong with that.
Personally, I'm not a socialist.
To agree, is not a socialist thing
That's a negotiation between the employee and employer
I was talking about socialist economics.
You can be a moral conservative and believe in socialism.
Look at Nazis.
A negotiation of wages is not socialist. It's capitalist
Nazis weren't moral conservative
Anyway.
I need to go pack my things.
I am Christian and Christ is my Lord. I believe all should worship Him.
@saturnsrings study the new testament.
If Catholicism turns you off, study Restorationism, or Orthodoxy. As long as your first love is God the Son then you are fine, and the Holy Spirit will guide you to Salvation where we will be united with the Father.
Christ said no one is good but the Father.
So in accepting Christ as our Lord and Savior, we also accept the commands of God. By accepting Christ, we worship him, and then we worship God.
It'd be nice to have him Christian regardless of denomination
@Iakovos it actually says, God not Father
@saturnsrings if you cannot accept love of God, then you can't believe that he would love us so much he would sacrifice his son for us. God's love is greater than any human.
"Why do you call me good? There is no one good except God"
God's love is unimagimable for us, and we stand in awe as we are basked in it.
He was referring to the Father. Because Jesus is a part of God.
It says God
So if you're calling Jesus good, then you're calling Jesus, God.
It's an allusion to the trinity
Ah, I see.
I never said Jesus was bad, so.
I think we are probably saying the same thing in different words
Yes.
I had the impression that Jesus did not want us to worship him while he was here.
Jesus autem dixit ei: Quid me dicis bonum? nemo bonus, nisi unus Deus.
Deus
God
Ah
