Airforce is the butt of every joke because it is literally possible to deploy across the state as an actual deployment. As far as commitment goes it has by far the least and in many cases is just a normal job with a lot of start up paperwork.

Just look at this shit as special forces. Pararescue has no beef, they are legit. Let's look at TACP and CCT. Both of these are literally normal jobs in the Army and Marines, they are forward observers. CCT is SF qualified but I'm pretty sure Army FOs can do the same thing, Airforce just gets more training on average because money bags budget.

Then there is EOD. Still an important job but they hardly go anywhere like Army or Navy EOD, Airforce actually makes use of explosives in large quantities in places they can be blown up so they are base monkeys most the time.

Then you have weather tech, I hear it has redeeming qualities but whatever. Last is SERE specialist which is literally just a teacher for SF.

These are the most hardcore jobs the airforce has to offer in contrast to others. Army and Marines have Infantry and artillery that regularly will do the same general job as the second most dangerous. Navy is mostly similar but due to stronger ties to the SF community get used FAR more often with their EoD and their helicopter job that name escapes me atm.

There is also the fact that unlike Airforce Navy has to deploy to a ship regularly rising the suck factor immensely
