I know. Declare peace. Get them off my back. The US and South Korea will then be unable to justify military readiness drills against me. It will look bad for them politically; I will be able to say they are uncommitted to peace. I won't be the bad guy.
I will also agree to de-nuclearization, but I won't commit to it. I will continue preparation for more nucelar testing: By the time I'm ready for nuclear testing again, Trump will be gone and a much more amenable US president will give me all the appeasement money I want.
