There is a natural order to the universe set in place by God. Many animals are happier and live longer and healthier lives when used as work animals under a human master, vs being treated as human and allowed to roam free
And, more importantly, many species depend on humans in order to exist.

I'm all for humane treatment of animals but they exist for a purpose. Not simply to exist.
That is true. It is alright to raise an animal and then kill it for food. As long as the animal is given good conditions to live in, is fed properly, and has a good life, then there is nothing unethical about it.
