What's the hate part about? I honestly haven't been in a Wegmans in years. Moved to FL in 2000.

My sister works for the company in the southern division and the specific store she's at, the management is very poor. I chalk it up to being too far from the home office and employee-focused corporate culture

Ah

There really is or shouldn’t be any hate towards Wegmans. It’s one of the few companies that gives its workers great benefits for really a minimum wage job and both the workers and leaders benefit from that.

Wegmans is decent. Kind of an interesting vibe compared to its competitors
