The company I work for used to ru it in the employees faces that they got vacations every weekend.

In addition to the shudowns and holidays it came out to around 130 some odd days of vacation
I only get 10 days of paid vacation. My wife gets 4 too.
She works at a hospital, I work in furniture doing CAD stuff.
Everytime a crisis starts he takes a day off
I get 2 but I never take it. It's just bonus money if I don't
I don’t get anything if I don’t take them. So far the company shuts down for 2 weeks so I can’t come in and work anyways.
So I don’t get to actually choose my days off.
I get 12 a year
PM Potato has to hide when one of his own kills people in a major city be scary to stay and have to answer questions

Too grindy
Well, I'm running a official small man tribe. With reg official it's just not worth playing really. With six man tribes only, it's less of a grind too because it's always 3x and breeding and taming dinos is quicker. We might have some slots open because we are conquering servers. And for my personal tribe I would like someone from this Discord who has experience in the game
I can tell you that Ark is a grind. But you won't find any other game out with so much salt hahahah. I love pretty much everything about the game except for the couple bugs and grind. But they've done a lot too kind of improve it. But if anyone's interested let me know
