Otherwise they will have to restructure the payscale of every branch to make it right

2018-08-10 01:34:44 UTC

We can resolve that by just giving more longevity pay for e3

2018-08-10 01:35:00 UTC

The pay scale between branches already aren't right

2018-08-10 01:35:21 UTC

We all use the same scale

2018-08-10 01:35:33 UTC

There's e4s and e5s in the Navy doing what our e3s do. There's e3s in the Marines doing what army e6 does

2018-08-10 01:35:50 UTC

Yes I know that but it's not applied equally across the board

2018-08-10 01:36:11 UTC

It is when ther isnt a shortage and its working as intended

2018-08-10 01:37:13 UTC

why cant i subscribe to infowars newsletter? Its not sending me the actviation email it says to look for

2018-08-10 01:37:24 UTC

It's not working at all or doing anything except giving people more money when they could just get longevity raises instead of making the exact same money as someone else with more responsibility

2018-08-10 01:37:45 UTC

There's Marine corporals leading squads. There's army specialists doing nothing.

2018-08-10 01:38:40 UTC

The American Armed Forces being dysfunctional? Who would've guessed......

2018-08-10 01:38:53 UTC

It's a clusterfuck

2018-08-10 01:39:26 UTC

That's what I was trying to explain the Kekscernist but he apparently believes the military is perfect.

2018-08-10 01:39:45 UTC

Haha

2018-08-10 01:39:52 UTC

So did I when I signed up at 17

2018-08-10 01:40:17 UTC

F

2018-08-10 01:40:27 UTC

Your thoughts on this?

2018-08-10 01:40:58 UTC

If they have really critical skills that are hard to replace

2018-08-10 01:41:10 UTC

Doctors, vets, lawyers etc are already like that

2018-08-10 01:41:30 UTC

Docs come in at captain if I remember right, lawyers at 1st lt and promote shortly after

2018-08-10 01:42:20 UTC

Docs have came in at Captain since Korea right?

2018-08-10 01:42:21 UTC

The army used to have a program where if you had experience and like two years of college you could come in as e4 or e5 in a few jobs. I think paramedics or LPNs could come in as e5 medics

2018-08-10 01:42:47 UTC

College is E4 at entrance

2018-08-10 01:43:02 UTC

Civilian acquired skills program

2018-08-10 01:43:10 UTC

They did it for cooks too I think

2018-08-10 01:43:18 UTC

And I think cops a LONG time ago

2018-08-10 01:43:22 UTC

Its for everyone atm

2018-08-10 01:43:52 UTC

Every MOS? So if I shoot people and go hiking a lot for two years I can get instant e5 11b?

2018-08-10 01:44:03 UTC

No e4

2018-08-10 01:44:22 UTC

something wholesome for a change

2018-08-10 01:44:32 UTC

College is instant E4 regardless of job

2018-08-10 01:44:40 UTC

Yeah a bachelor

2018-08-10 01:44:44 UTC

I'm talking about something else

2018-08-10 01:44:55 UTC

It was the program where you had to have job skills

2018-08-10 01:44:58 UTC

Acasp

2018-08-10 01:45:06 UTC

Only certain jobs get guaranteed E5

2018-08-10 01:45:07 UTC

having job skills is racist

2018-08-10 01:45:16 UTC

And its not guaranteed perse

2018-08-10 01:45:19 UTC

I have to ask, because I have gotten mixed responses from other Military or Ex-Military, is the Armed Forces in a bad Recruitment drought or has 8 years of Democrats stifled the budget?

2018-08-10 01:45:25 UTC

Just thats how fast they promote
