It's a clusterfuck
That's what I was trying to explain the Kekscernist but he apparently believes the military is perfect.

Your thoughts on this?
If they have really critical skills that are hard to replace
Doctors, vets, lawyers etc are already like that
Docs come in at captain if I remember right, lawyers at 1st lt and promote shortly after
Docs have came in at Captain since Korea right?
The army used to have a program where if you had experience and like two years of college you could come in as e4 or e5 in a few jobs. I think paramedics or LPNs could come in as e5 medics
College is E4 at entrance
Civilian acquired skills program
They did it for cooks too I think
And I think cops a LONG time ago
Its for everyone atm
Every MOS? So if I shoot people and go hiking a lot for two years I can get instant e5 11b?
No e4
something wholesome for a change
Yeah a bachelor
I'm talking about something else
It was the program where you had to have job skills
Acasp
Only certain jobs get guaranteed E5
having job skills is racist
And its not guaranteed perse
I have to ask, because I have gotten mixed responses from other Military or Ex-Military, is the Armed Forces in a bad Recruitment drought or has 8 years of Democrats stifled the budget?
Just thats how fast they promote
We had a dude who had a degree in English literature, 38 year old contract e4
Really awesome guy
Recruiting is only hard in the army
Everyone else is picky af
Economy helps and hurts too. Bad economy, everyone wants to join the army.
Good economy, people wise up to the fact that you can make more money elsewhere
Fairly accurate
https://www.facebook.com/TheMeninisms/videos/2138357789531403/ that's some top tier trolling
Especially the Airforce one
..... does, does anybody have statistics of which political party has historically been drafted/conscripted the most?
