and they continue protesting to this very day
For continental Europe? Certainly.
It might spread to Germany with how things are over here with the Bavarians and migrant disagreements. There's a lotta hate for Merkel among the right there.
Bavaria actually opposed secularists and made it law you have to keep Christian symbols in government buildings, can't be pressured into removing them.
A light surface fleet for intercepting boats is all they really need. No carriers or cruisers. Destroyers probably the biggest they'd need.
Being part Polish myself, and knowing a bit about them
Poles were devoutly Catholic, dislike Jews, and generally have a very ethno mindset. They don't like outsiders much, so if you can't fit in you're gonna get the boot socially.
Assimilation is everything to get along in a nation like that.
So as a requirement, be a pre-Vatican II Catholic
The Catholic Church changed a lot since the 50s
In a lot of ways, negatively
Does make me wonder how many people here remember Leon Degrelle
Granted that's a Belgian fellow, but he represents a pretty accurate representation of a Catholic who got fed up with the state of affairs with his land and the Church's conduct in response to it.
WE MUST REMOVE THE KEBAB
If you run into some seriously devout Catholic Poles that'd be a issue 75 years ago.
However, given the current state of affairs, maybe they'll give you a pass.
I say that because not many Polish Catholics like the Pope and his positions these days.
You best follow Christian traditions tho with the higher church teachings.
That means sacraments, Lent, baptisms, etc so on and so forth.
no that's because they're online shitposting about removing kebabs all day
be careful who you hang around with lest you become like them
the general rule of how assimilation works right there, but also everyday life
don't hang around shit people if you can help it
As another note about Poland, them and Hungary, Austria, even Italy now I believe have formed their own coalition against the other side of the EU.
So there's internal division within the EU parliament itself.
A eastern block of the EU that resides as more nationalist
And a western block that's growing increasingly unstable with riots and protests within their own borders
VIVA LA ITALIA
Hey they still do Roman salutes
and View the Duce favorably
They still look back on their fascist days with nostalgia
compared to France?
They're a dozen country miles ahead in being aware of just how bad of a issue the migrant crisis actually is
Given I'm mostly Italian from my father's side, guess I should be happy for them.
You literally can't get any more on point than that
The only thing more to the point is declaring war on the nations that keep allowing them to come Italy's way
Which, if this was WWII Italy, you can bet they'd have probably done that by now
Watching Carro Veloces in urban street fighting
Jeez
Reminds me of the Spanish civil war just thinking about it
