The dietitian is the secret

2019-04-13 09:03:28 UTC

I can't exactly stick to anything they'd give me

2019-04-13 09:03:34 UTC

So is a trainer who knows what they're doing

2019-04-13 09:03:41 UTC

As opposed to some idiot who got a loan from his bank to start a gym

2019-04-13 09:03:45 UTC

Why TF would I need a trainer?

2019-04-13 09:03:45 UTC

im not sorry that I'm back at 128KG. its my fault, all i need to do is get back at it again

2019-04-13 09:03:56 UTC

Because you don't know what you're doing

2019-04-13 09:03:59 UTC

@GT1646 clearly you do if you aren't getting stronger

2019-04-13 09:04:02 UTC

That's false

2019-04-13 09:04:06 UTC

I don't need a trainer

2019-04-13 09:04:12 UTC

I know how to lift weights.

2019-04-13 09:04:12 UTC

Uh huh

2019-04-13 09:04:31 UTC

Well since doing things yourself didn't produce the results you want, maybe a competent trainer will. You have nothing to lose

2019-04-13 09:04:33 UTC

its physically impossible for you to "lift for years and never had progress" unless you don't know what you're doing

2019-04-13 09:04:49 UTC

Nothing to lose except a shit ton of money for the same end result

2019-04-13 09:04:59 UTC

Okay then sit there and be miserable

2019-04-13 09:05:06 UTC

No muscle gain and a trainer telling me to do what I was already doing

2019-04-13 09:05:22 UTC

Did you go to school for this stuff?

2019-04-13 09:05:32 UTC

tell me why you aren't gaining muscle then

2019-04-13 09:05:37 UTC

if you know what you're doing

2019-04-13 09:05:44 UTC

@Deleted User I had a fair amount of progress when I started, and then it came to a screeching hault

2019-04-13 09:05:57 UTC

@GT1646 that's called a plateau

2019-04-13 09:06:01 UTC

it passes

2019-04-13 09:06:01 UTC

@TheKekscernist I was taught how to lift by 3 different certified trainers

2019-04-13 09:06:15 UTC

So all you did was lift?

2019-04-13 09:06:17 UTC

@Deleted User how many years does it take to pass lol?

2019-04-13 09:06:26 UTC

as long as you make it out to be

2019-04-13 09:06:32 UTC

Lol what

2019-04-13 09:06:46 UTC

i overcame mine by lifting over maximum

2019-04-13 09:06:52 UTC

but only doing like 3 reps

2019-04-13 09:06:56 UTC

So I'm just supposed to lift for years on end praying one day I magically get stronger?

2019-04-13 09:07:07 UTC

within a month i gained more muscle

2019-04-13 09:07:12 UTC

It's all you were doing was lifting, then yes, you are going to plateau. You need full body workout routines, with cycles that last months, and focus on different parts of the body each week

2019-04-13 09:07:45 UTC

and if you've been fat most of your life, you aren't going to look like a bronze god without plastic surgery to get rid of all that flappy skin left over

2019-04-13 09:07:46 UTC

^ i never did full body workouts, it was always single muscle focused

2019-04-13 09:07:57 UTC

I'm not fat

2019-04-13 09:08:04 UTC

I have more fat than I'd like

2019-04-13 09:08:06 UTC

@GT1646 @Deleted User Listen up. I'm 145lb at 5'10. I'm thin and lean. Wanna lose weight? Diet. Wanna help your heart? Get good sleep and take fish oil pills for the OMEGA-3 Fatty Acids, (DHA and EPA)

2019-04-13 09:08:10 UTC

But I've never been "fat"

2019-04-13 09:08:21 UTC

@Iakovos i already know remus XD

2019-04-13 09:08:22 UTC

Working out burns calories.
