i love some people going "employees not getting paid should stop going to work" i'm over here like "yes, please do. And private citizens will step in and do the work so that once the shutdown ends, we can fire all those useless fucks and they can, maybe, get hired by the private sector which will do a better job.

that said, apparently air traffic controllers are not getting paid which i find interesting that congress still gets paid while they don't.
