because you first need a large amount of capital yourself before you can even take a loan
It is very stupid of us to have built a system where housing is to expensive one has to loan more than he can pay off after even 10 years!
Yeah, housing bubble is a porblem for everyone no matter if you own or not
Supply/demand
something sweden certainly has
and we do too
Here theyre again talking about how government needs to build more social houses
oh yes, but most cannot acctually buy a house
oh jeez
because a growing number of ppl cant afford to rent nor buy a place
social housing just equals more people of the lower classes paying even more taxes
Lets not adress the issue, lets just go with the symptoms, im sure it will work this time.
ending in a very dystopian future
It creates more dependence
the house is not yours, its from the state
and thereby more government...
fkn hell.
and there are rules when u rent a place from the state
Now we need to ask if the government is required to provide housing to those who go against them
especially when thats combined when you're on welfare
If you are on welfare and live in a government house
lets say you meet your future wife or something or a GF
If you decide to let her live there
then your welfare will be cut hard
as will your costs of living rise
its doing the opposite of what would get ppl sorthed out and perpetuates poverty
Oh yeah blackhawk
Well were not there over here
but i can imagine that becoming a topic in some places already
Oh no and I dont ever expect that topic to be debated openly
a damn commie dystopia with lonly depressed people everywhere.
it will be done one of two ways
Im not gonna lie, at this stage i wouldnt be surprised about any of this stuff
Either it will be silent and through minor changes to laws
Or it will become common practice without any official change in policy
Ok well look
Thats a pretty bad sign tho
The government cant say they wont build social houses for people that think X or something
But what is there to stop them from enacting "positive discrimination" against people
they already do it on the federal level
