I don't own my home yet, and i don't have any unpaid loans so i am rather fine. But if there are no jobs......

if they do they either got capital through their parents or theyre part of the upper middle class

This too is an issue. Paying rent causes personal net worth to slow down

or theyre working as plumbers, electricians, etc

but everyone else cant even loan money o get a house

because you first need a large amount of capital yourself before you can even take a loan

It is very stupid of us to have built a system where housing is to expensive one has to loan more than he can pay off after even 10 years!
