I was going to type something relevant but I've now lost my train of thought
🍻
trains of thoughts are for books and analysis, not for daily speech or writtings (yeah, i dare patent that wordy, if no one else did) .. *IF YOUR MIND IS FIRST AND FOREMOST _"CAN I SAY THAT?"_ YOUR MIND IS SICK!!!!
it's literally some kind of linguistics OCD... to first go trough a list of rules for expressing what you think.. "can i say that?", "how could i word it better, less offensive?", "might someone, anywhere, be offended if i expressed this vocally?"... FUCK!
imagine having that internal conflict, it leads to psychosis...
and unfortunatly i know what that is like
Modern third wave feminism is cancer
a fucking chess game to get past feigned setups, just to say something
Pawn a2 to a4
rook and shit
@Deleted User The fuck are you on about, what you're describing is a natural occurrence in most adults.
@H E C K or really.. Then what the hell are you writing "fuck" for?
@H E C K your name is "H E C K" .. Unless your Ben Heck; Do you think for one single second you're fooling anyone?
to convey to you that what you are saying is crazy, and strong words like "fuck" will often get people's attention more. It's less civil, but it doesn't have to do with the ability to maintain a train of thought
Aussie feminists are the fucking worst.
@H E C K "It's less civil" .. To do what? What is "less civil" ?
Also the worst fucks.
satan ficke fuck fisse sheisse cunt ass anal kurwa..there
To use cussing is less civil of course, particularly if used as an insult or directed at someone. That's when it crosses over from an exchange of ideas to an exchange of personal attacks.
@H E C K In all manners of politeness, and at the basest of it's english meaning "kindly go fuck yourself" ... In scandinavia, "cussing" is culture
_cursing_
Lots of "bad" things are culture, doesn't make them acceptable everywhere. My point still stands.
no, you point is shit.. And about curtailing of expression, instead of speaking it out honestly
you're not writing a novel here
I'm not curtailing expression because I'm not trying to stop people from swearing. In the context of political discourse, civility is key. I don't see how you'd be against that.
This is fucking pathetic. Grow up, cunts.
Language pls if u can’t say anything intelligent then u have nothing constructive to add
civility aka political correctness is just a way to censor what others can say
Agreed but I literally cannot understand what ur trying to say Bc of the cussing. Not saying don’t do it just that u have now lost the audience
@H E C K I'm civil as fuck, I am the person next door, .. I deliver your mail, and i smile and say hello..Imagine how much fun we could have, and how free we would feel... IF YOU COULD SAY "HEY, YOU MOTHERFUCKER, HOW ABOUT THAT BBQ YOU MENTIONED A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO, WHEN I FIRST MOVED INTO THE NEIGHBORHOOD"
Oh ok I understand that one
No, civility is what keeps two sides from going at each other's throats. Political correctness is completely different because one is enforced and the other is meant to be optional and agreed upon by both sides @.B
well, we don't agree upon it
@.B Well, then no progress is made and both sides continue to fight. Which is kind of where we are now.
which is how things should be
stop trying to silence others by usuing "civility" as an excuse
I kinda have to take the hardline on this one. The far left likes to use words as weapons by confusing their meaning. Eventually Civility can become a misnomer and that we should be on guard for anyone who tries any kind of censorship. Earlier I was just saying that the cussing quite literally got in the way of me understanding he argument
@.B I agree tho again take issue w the cussing
@HaydenAlexPort that's fair
Also *in super gay voice* I’m a good Christian woman
