All true, but this is the Nazi application of the concept of fascism. The Italian was different. The Chinese are now playing with it and I see Russia looking to China for ideas.
The PRC isn't really in Fascism, they are were a full blown Communist State Economy but they realized that it was unsustainable and rather than social reform like the USSR they kept the Party Control over society and instituted "Corrupt Crony Capitalism" to balance the economy and shore up the state.
Under Deng, I would agree. But under Xi I think we're seeing a cross over to fascism.
