i think that canada is the testing ground for this kind of law

i still remember when it was just 10 minute videos and podcasts/internet radio kind of setups

either way it's far better then cable tv for me

people put more work into keeping it down to a sensible length

and since it's passively in the background as I work being long isn't a problem

i gave up on any kind of traditional broadcast well over a decade ago

what i miss was the low documentaries

that were actually written and presented by academically minded people

on subjects that they personally knew about
