I still don't think that most people believe he's dumb

these people are told for a whole year on every channel they see "Hillary set to win 95% chance" "Trump might aswell quit" "Trump is dumb"

and then on the promised day, Hillary is crushed and loses

these peoples whole world-view is shattered

so the only way they can cope is either realise they've been lied to
